Publishers bring the traffic. Buyers bring the demand. Lead Tree sits in the middle with the terms, coverage, reporting, and intake that keep both sides coming back.
For Buyers
Qualified volume in the verticals you actually work
Final Expense, SSDI, Business Funding / MCA, Debt Settlement, and IRS Tax Settlement, delivered the way your team takes them.
Inbound calls, live transfers, and real-time web leads
Criteria and coverage agreed with you up front
Clear reporting, so you see exactly what you’re paying for
The same four steps for every deal, so nobody is guessing.
1
Vet
We get to know both sides before anything runs: traffic sources, buyer criteria, coverage, and terms.
2
Match
Traffic goes to the buyers it actually fits, by vertical, criteria, and coverage.
3
Deliver in real time
Calls, live transfers, and web leads go straight into the buyer’s intake as they happen.
4
Report & pay on terms
Both sides get clear reporting, and everyone is paid on the terms agreed up front.

Why Lead Tree
I’ve been selling my whole life. It’s who I am. I’m just a more refined version of it.
Adam Jansen, Founder & CEO
18+ years in leads. Built on rapport, not pressure.
I sold leads at Autotrader.com, Autobytel, and Dealix for about nine years. Then, I built companies with partners, including a marketing company and the automotive startup AU.TO, and spent about three years on the business development side of IT staffing. In 2017, I founded Rthur, Inc., and ran it through 2025. Now, I run Lead Tree, Inc.
I’ve sat on every side of the deal: sales, startups, partnerships, business development, and ownership. That’s why I run Lead Tree on rapport and straight answers, whether you’re a publisher or a buyer.
My test for every deal
Would you buy from me again, and would you refer me to someone you trust? If not, I haven’t done my job.

Compliance
Compliance is part of the deal, not an afterthought
Buyers carry the risk when a lead isn’t clean, so we hold our publishers to clear, standard practices.
TCPA-consented sourcing
We source from publishers who collect TCPA consent before a consumer is contacted.
Consent records
We require publishers to keep consent records, such as source, timestamp, and disclosure, available on request.
DNC scrubbing
We require scrubbing against the National Do Not Call Registry, and we honor opt-out requests.
Requirements differ by vertical and buyer. We’ll walk through yours before anything runs.
FAQ
Straight answers
How do publishers get paid?
On the terms agreed in writing before any traffic runs. You’ll know the payout, the payment schedule, and what counts as a billable lead or call up front, and you’ll get reporting you can reconcile against every payment.
What verticals do you buy?
We currently buy rideshare, Roblox, and MVA traffic on a CPA basis, plus Final Expense and SSDI supply. If you have traffic in another vertical, ask. We’ll tell you honestly whether we have buyers for it.
What lead types do buyers get?
Inbound calls, live transfers, and real-time web leads, depending on the vertical and what fits your intake process.
How is lead quality handled?
We vet publishers before traffic runs, agree qualifying criteria and coverage with each buyer up front, and review reporting with both sides. If something isn’t working, you’ll hear it from us directly, and we’ll work to fix it.
What are debt settlement and IRS tax settlement leads?
They’re inquiries from consumers looking for help with what they owe. A debt settlement lead is someone with unsecured debt, such as credit card balances, who wants to explore settling it for less than the full amount. An IRS tax settlement lead is someone who owes back taxes to the IRS and wants help resolving them. Buyers are typically debt settlement companies and tax resolution firms, and qualifying criteria are agreed with each buyer up front.
How do I get started?
Tell us below whether you’re a buyer or a publisher, which vertical you work in, and how to reach you. We’ll set up a short call, walk through criteria and terms, and put everything in writing before anything runs.
